U509 has very good mechanical and dielectrical properties of molded sheets.

U528 has high tensile strength at temperature and instyrene, low density, and easy processing (two faces well bound, easy splicing).

All 700 series Unifilo mats are designed to be preformed at the same dimensions as the molded part. The Unifilo U700 series are all compatible with UP, UP(V), PU, and EP resins and are used for molding by injection (RTM, SRIM) and compression.

  • U509: For the hot compression molding of dielectrical laminates based on UP, UP(V), and EP resins.
  • U528: for the manufacture of continuous profiles by pultrusion (compatible with UP, UP(V), EP and acrylic resins).
  • U720: automatic preforming process.
  • U750: for the manufacture of preforms and molding with filled resins.
  • Unitop T700: special product with transverse oriented properties.
  • Unistretch S700: specially designed with high deformability rate during performing.
  • U801: for parts produced by foaming polyurethane at low density, and for complex parts molded at low pressure.
  • U813 and U816: for molding by injection (RTM, vacuum, SRIM), by compression (wet, hot, or cold) (compatible with UP, UP(V), EP, and PU resins).
  • U850: to use with filled resins, for molding by injection (vacuum or low pressure), by compression (wet, hot, or cold) (compatible with UP, UP(V), EP, and PU resins).
  • Unitop T800: with high mechanical properties in a transversal orientation (compatible with UP, UP(V), EP, and PU resins).
